Why am I being asked to sign back in?
- The system will automatically sign you out of your account after 60 minutes of inactivity. You will be prompted to sign in again to continue your session.
What can I do if I am denied access to my account?
- Your account will be locked after four unsuccessful sign in attempts for security reasons. Contact us at 780-459-1553 or 780-418-6088 to unlock your account or wait 24 hours and try again.
Why has my cart emptied?
- Placing an item into your cart will reserve your spot in the selected program(s) for 20 minutes during which you must complete the checkout process.
I want to register my children for a course but it says I’m above the age limit. What can I do?
- If you created an online account after June 2018, you can add family members to your account by signing in to your account and adding family members. They will show up on the course details page for you to Add To Cart the course for that family member. If you had an account prior to May 30, 2018, with no family members, you will need to Contact Us to add family members to your account.
