Prerequisite: 13 years or Bronze Star 100% attendance is required Learn about the lifesaving principles of water rescue education: judgment, knowledge, skill, and fitness. Rescuers learn tows and carries, defence and release methods in preparation for challenging rescues involving conscious and unconscious victims. Lifesavers develop stroke efficiency and endurance for a timed swim 500 meter. Completing Bronze Medallion also certifies the swimmer with a CPR-A certificate. **Please Note: Manual and an additional certification costs will be added at time of registration.
