Important Notice

Resident aquatics registration is March 11th at 7:00 am. To be included in the queue, please visit activity.stalbert.ca just before 7:00 am and you will be re-directed into a virtual waiting room. At 7:00 am, everyone in the virtual waiting room will be randomly assigned a spot in line and will then be granted access to the website in a consecutive order. If you visit the website after 7:00 am you will be assigned a spot at the back of the line.

Fountain Park Shallow Water Aquafit

Get ready to get your heart rate up, your muscles moving and your body stronger! The fitness instructor will be teaching from the deck.Please note that an Aqua-jogger belt or PFD must be used for the deep end participants. Open to participants 13 years of age and older.
