Backyard Bootcamp Drop-In-Virtual

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to improve your endurance and general strength. Come and enjoy the comraderie, work hard and have fun all from your own backyard. Bring weights, laundry detergent jugs, or just you is all you need. Offered over Zoom
