Stroke Polisher is designed to allow time for comprehensive stroke development and technique through drills, stroke correction and practice. This program is for students who have attempted Swimmer 3 or 4. Please let your instructor know the specific skills you would like to work on.
Diving is for children 8 years of age and older. Level 1 works on forming the foundation required to perform dives off the diving board. Front and back jumps, elementary body positions, front fall-in and standing front dives are all components of this program. Basic diver safety, warm-up and stretching exercises are also included.
Participants must be able to swim 25m on their front unassisted.
Level 2 enhances the basic skills and entries developed in Diving 1 to learn more complicated entries. Participants will add backward dives, somersaults, front dives with a tuck and a one step hurdle entries to their diving repertoire.
