Bouncin' Birthday Bash

If your kiddo is a fan of boundless fun, this is your ultimate choice! Within this 2-hour Bouncin Birthday Package, party-goers bounce, climb, and tumble on one or two of our inflatables and playing ages for 1 ¼ hours before heading to their party room for their private birthday celebration.

Parties taking place from Mid September- April take place on Gym Court 3, with your choice of 1 or 2 of these bouncers:

• Bouncy Castle
• 25’ Obstacle Run
• GBackyard themed Bouncer (best for ages 3-6 years)

Parties taking place from May to Mid-September will be held in the Leisure Ice with pre-set inflatables (usually our giant sports themed bouncer and obstacle island). No additional inflatables or substitutions are available during these months.

Prices:

• $250 for one bouncer (up to 15 children)
• $310 for two bouncers (up to 20 children)

When to Book

Parties become available for booking 3 months + 1 day prior to the party date. For example, parties taking place on Saturday, April 11 will come available to book at midnight on Monday, January 12th.

Party Room & Number of Partygoers

Your party group can be up to 40 people total for the bouncin portion of your party (note under Prices how many bouncers per party as not 30 people can be bouncing). Our Multipurpose Room space on the second floor is scheduled for your private party. It comfortably holds up to 30 people. If you’re expecting more than 30 people in attendance for the private party portion, the party coordinator can look at booking a larger room for you at no additional cost.

Additional Party Time

If you would like additional time to the 1 ¼ hours in your party room (either before or after your allotted time) the party coordinator can assist in coordinating and booking this for you at an additional cost of $50/hr. prorated to the amount of time you request if available.

Communication

You will receive registration confirmation email with a link to the Birthday Party Intake Form. In this form you will be able to select your bouncer(s) and let us know if additional space, time, and set-up will be needed for your group. The party coordinator will send you an email with all of the information about your party at most 1 month prior to your party date.

Cancellation

Life happens and we understand things can change. The City may cancel bookings with as much notice as possible. The City will either reschedule your booking or refund without penalty any fees already paid. Our Cancellation Policy is a full refund less a $50.00 cancellation fee if it is before 8 business days of the rental. Less than 7 business days, rental fees will be forfeited by User.
