We recognize that the privacy and confidentiality of your personal and financial information is of the utmost importance.
Why do I need to enter my birth date?
- Many of our programs are age-specific, therefore knowing the participant's date of birth is required to validate the registration.
Is my personal and financial information secure?
- All transactions that the City processes are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP) compliant.
- If your bank subscribes to either Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code you will be asked to answer a question to confirm your identity. The questions asked vary by each bank and your bank's logo will be displayed on the screen.

- The City of St. Albert recognizes that the privacy and confidentiality of a person's personal information is important and the City's full privacy policy ↗ is available online.

- Questions related to a privacy concern should be directed to the City's Manager of Privacy and Records ↗ in Legislative Services.
