Sneak Peek Stroga

After a long day, fitting your complete workout in can be challenging. This 45 min sample class will focus on working 2 muscle groups during the strength portion, changing it up week to week, then end with 25 minutes of yoga. This class will leave you feeling strong, invigorated, stretched out and relaxed. Location- Mind Body Studio
