Spark: It takes only one spark to light a fire. Let Spark ignite your midweek workout! In this class participants will use a variety of equipment including TRX, bosu, ViPR, dumbbells, barbells, steps and gliders. The goals of the class are to increase cardiovascular endurance and increase muscular strength. Burn calories and feel amazing.
