Resident aquatics registration is March 4th at 7:00 am. To be included in the queue, please visit activity.stalbert.ca just before 7:00 am and you will be re-directed into a virtual waiting room. At 7:00 am, everyone in the virtual waiting room will be randomly assigned a spot in line and will then be granted access to the website in a consecutive order. If you visit the website after 7:00 am you will be assigned a spot at the back of the line.
These swimmers will swim farther with their front crawl and back crawl. They'll be introduced to breaststroke arm drills, underwater swims and front crawl sprints. Interval training will add to their fitness level.
Prerequisite: Swimmer 3
